All our handmade cakes are gluten-free. They are made with local Tofu and organic rice flour.
They make you feel happy with one bite.
We don’t add unnecessary things and are particular about each ingredient.
Our cakes don’t have any preservatives, coloring, refined sugar, butter, or wheat flour.
We carefully select ingredients from the local (Fukui prefecture).
Rice flour is made from organic brown rice. And tofu is made by the local tofu shop in our hometown Fukui. They make tofu with carefully selected soy beans. Eggs are produced by
100% pure Japanese blood chickens which are raised only 4% of the entire farms in Japan.
Our cakes are rich and smooth by using tofu and soy milk instead of butter.
